Restoration Notes:

1) chemical vinyl cleaning - soak and scrub - 1 unit - $15

2) lashes replaced - using b-7000 diamond glue - scraped the slot free of glue and applied 6 layers of lashes using tweezers and a pin - 1 hour x $30/hour

3) lashes - product cost - in stock - no charge - extra set included
